The new contract with Ferrari, Fernando Alonso could be to compete with the famous Italian team until the end of the 2015 season and earn 150 million euros, according to reports Tuesday in the Spanish press.
The newspaper reports Diary Sport AS and based primarily on information from the SER radio network, say the Spanish Alonso, 27, has secured three seasons at Maranello, with an automatic option to extend them in 2013 and 2014.
Besides the three years plus two, apparently has included another conditional option to extend until the end of 2015. Is believed to earn about 25 million per year.
The document had been deposited and the Contract Recognition Board and could be announced officially at 10am local time from the Suzuka circuit on Thursday.
